I ordered this on a Friday for a Monday delivery. On Tuesday, it had not been delivered. I called and was assured it would be delivered on Wednesday. It was NOT delivered on Wed or Thursday. It was finally delivered on Friday, the flowers had started to brown and the roses were past their blooming state. The delivery man set the flowers down on the ground in front of my 85-year old mom, who then had to bend over and lift this heavy (to her) vase & flowers sneek carry them into the house. So, customer service was bad, flowers were bad, no communication occurred twice when delivery was not made, no offer of a refund was given. I won’t be ordering from you again.
I ordered my mom a Mother’s Day bouquet from their website. I ran into an issue but it was handled immediately by Christina and taken care of in a matter of minutes. They were delivered right away. Christina was really nice and I will definitely make this my regular florist for my mom.
